We are intimately familiar with public sector agencies procedures, operations, budgeting, and IT policies. We have completed multiple projects for Washington State agencies including the Health Care Authority, Department of Enterprise Services, Department of Social and Health Services, Office of the Secretary of State, Department of Corrections, Liquor and Cannabis Board and Labor and Industries. Over the past few years one agency engaged us on 14 separate projects and we are still doing work there.

Project Management

IT System Implementation, Modernization and Updates

OTB consultants are currently working with a public sector client to modernize and update their systems. Our work includes project management, organizational change management and a testing lead.

Feasibility Studies

Our business analysts completed a feasibility study for a shared services agency to determine the state’s readiness to upgrade their Learning Management System. All components were completed with strict attention to OCIO policies and guidelines, including the IT Addendum.

Data and Analytics

OTB consultants authored the Data Roadmap for a large government healthcare agency and are currently implementing the defined approach for their Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), including a plan to migrate unstructured data to the cloud. We also completed an enterprise initiative to plan and manage their data center migration and will be presenting our outcomes at an upcoming PMI conference.
